About us
Kleboe Ltd is a company registered in Scotland under company number SC367829. Our registered office is 8 Albany Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3QB. We act as an employment agency within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973, introducing permanent candidates to clients.
Our documents and their order
Terms for each search are agreed individually with each client. Where a signed engagement letter exists, it takes priority over these terms.
No fees to candidates
In line with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, we never charge candidates a fee for finding them work or for introducing them to a client.
Confidentiality
We treat client briefs, candidate information and commercial terms as confidential, and expect the same of those we work with.
Our standards
We act honestly and fairly, in line with our policies on anti-bribery, equality, diversity and inclusion and data protection.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
