Equality, diversity & inclusion policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Great leadership teams are built from the widest possible pool of talent. Kleboe Ltd is committed to fair, inclusive search.

Our commitment

We comply with the Equality Act 2010. We never discriminate on the grounds of the protected characteristics: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.

In every search

  • We assess candidates on evidence of capability, not on background or familiarity.
  • We search beyond the obvious networks to build balanced longlists.
  • We challenge briefs that include criteria which are not genuinely needed for the role.
  • We will not act on a client instruction that would be discriminatory.

Reasonable adjustments

We will make reasonable adjustments for any candidate who needs them, and help clients do the same at interview. Just ask.

Harassment

We do not tolerate harassment or victimisation of anyone we work with.

Concerns and review

If you think we have fallen short, please tell us at enquiries@kleboe.co.uk or use our complaints procedure. The director reviews this policy every year.
