Brief and search
I start by understanding how your business really works, not just the job description. Then I search the whole market, including people who are not looking, and approach them discreetly.
Selection and assessment
I assess every candidate on capability and on fit, using evidence from real, recent examples. You see a short list of people I would genuinely recommend, with an honest view of each.
Retention and onboarding
The work does not stop at the offer. I stay close to you and your new hire through notice, counter-offers and the first months, so the appointment lasts.
