Kleboe Ltd ("Kleboe", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data about clients, prospective clients, referees, suppliers and visitors to this website, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you are a candidate, our candidate privacy notice gives more detail on how we handle your information during a search.

How and why we use it
- To provide our services and perform our contract with you (contract).
- To manage our business relationship, respond to enquiries and keep in touch about relevant searches (legitimate interests).

Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our instructions (for example IT, email, hosting and accountancy providers), with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. Each provider is bound by a written contract that meets UK GDPR requirements.
International transfers
Some of our providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure a lawful transfer mechanism applies, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Contract and financial records are typically kept for six years after the end of the relevant financial year, to meet legal obligations. Our full approach is set out in our data protection statement.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email enquiries@kleboe.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
