Kleboe Ltd opposes modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. This statement sets out the steps we take to make sure it has no place in our business or supply chain.
Kleboe Ltd is below the £36 million turnover threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement. We publish one voluntarily because our clients expect it, and because it is right.
Our business
We are a UK executive search firm introducing Sales Directors to manufacturers. Our supply chain is short: IT, communications, professional services and office supplies.
Our risks
The main risk in recruitment is the exploitation of workers through fees, withheld documents or false promises. We reduce this by never charging candidates fees, as the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 require, by working only on permanent senior roles, and by being open with candidates about every role.
What we do
- Choose reputable UK and international suppliers and review their own commitments.
- Ask clients to confirm right-to-work checks are carried out lawfully.
- Act on any sign of exploitation we see in a client or supplier.
Reporting concerns
Concerns can be raised with enquiries@kleboe.co.uk, or with the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700.
